Peach Banana Green Smoothie

The flavor of this one is out of this world guys, it has been my obsession for a week or so now.

Ingredients

1 banana

1 cup peach chunks

1 cup baby spinach or kale, packed

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1 cup soy/nut milk

SUPERFOOD BOOST

1 teaspoon bee pollen, optional

1/8 teaspoon cinnamon, optional

1 teaspoon chia seeds, optional

1 teaspoon goji berries, for garnish

Directions

Blend and love your life.

Grilled Natural Peanut Butter Honey Wheat Sandies

Tastes like being seven years old again. And it’s not bad for you!

Ingredients

Serves 2

2 slices honey wheat bread, toasted if you like

2 tablespoons natural peanut butter

1 teaspoon honey, or a drizzle

Nonstick spray

Directions

Toast bread and spread with peanut butter. Drizzle with honey. Grill on a pan sprayed with nonstick spray until delicious and melty.

Chia Cinnamon PB Greek Yogurt Dip

This dip is so delicious that I was doubly thrilled that it is healthy. All the flavor, and all good ingredients.

Ingredients

1/2 cup greek yogurt, nonfat

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1 teaspoon chia seeds

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

Mix together and enjoy!

PB Raspberry Smoothie

This smoothie has the great blast from the spinach and the antioxidants from the berries.

Had this one on the commute to work this morning. The color is something I have to work on but that is okay, I will add more red to it from the raspberries for the next one.

Ingredients

1 cup raspberries, frozen or fresh

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon natural peanut butter

6 oz soymilk

1 cup spinach

Directions

Blend until all ingredients are incorporated and prepare to love your life.

Blueberry Superfood Smoothie

A great post work out pick me up and my new obsession for this week!

Ingredients

1 cup blueberries, slightly thawed

1 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt

1 cup spinach

1 small banana, sliced

1 teaspoon chia seeds

1/4 cup soy milk, vanilla, or as needed

1 tablespoon natural peanut butter

Blend well and enjoy!

Peanut Butter Snickerdoodle Oatmeal with Chia Seeds

Ingredients

1 plain oatmeal packet

2 teaspoons stevia

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1 teaspoon nutmeg

1 teaspoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon natural peanut butter

1/4 cup water

2 teaspoons nut milk or soy milk

Directions

Microwave the instant oatmeal according to package directions. Add nutmeg, cinnamon, stevia, and chia seeds. Mix well. Add milk and peanut butter and stir well. Place back into the microwave to fully melt peanut butter and enjoy!

Peanut Butter and Fig Jelly Oatmeal

Delicious and a new update on oatmeal if you are running out of ideas.

Ingredients

1 packet instant oatmeal, plain

1 tablespoon fig jam

1 tablespoon peanut butter, natural

1 teaspoon chia seeds

Directions

Make oatmeal according to package directions on stovetop or microwave. Add jam, peanut butter, and chia seeds and serve immediately.

Peanut Butter Honey Oatmeal

Easy, fast, and keeps you full for hours! Who doesn’t want that out of their brekky?

Ingredients

1 tablespoon natural peanut butter (I love Bettr’n)

1 packet instant oatmeal, plain

2 tablespoons soy or nut milk, unsweetened

1 tablespoon chia seeds

Honey if desired

Directions

Prepare oatmeal according to package directions. Stir in milk and peanut butter and honey. Top with chia seeds. Serve immediately.
