Banana Pineapple Cream Dream Smoothie

A muscle repair smoothie that your whole body will thank you for.


1 banana, frozen **

1 cup unsweetened rice or almond milk

1/2 cup frozen pineapple

1 tablespoon of Bettern PB

Cinnamon, to taste

1 teaspoon chia seeds


Put all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Drink immediately.



** Haven’t discovered the magical trick of freezing bananas to add to smoothies yet? Add ice cubes, or if you don’t want to water down the smoothie add frozen almond mil or rice milk cubes.
