Banana Protein Smoothie

Smoothies rock, and this does not disappoint in any way. A great dose of muscle repairing goodness!

Ingredients

2 bananas, frozen

1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon agave, or to taste

1/2 avocado

1 cup spinach

1 cup almond milk

Directions
