Pina Colada Green Smoothie

I adore this delicious, nutritious, energy green smoothie! The flavors are all amazing together and I made it in less than ten minutes so I could zoom off to my train for work this morning. I have been consuming more coconut oil as of late, and there will be a post about my review on coconut oil soon! Hope your Valentine’s Day is amazing everyone!

Ingredients

1 cup kale greens, washed

3 pineapple rings, diced or halved

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon raw almond butter

1 cup coconut water

1/2 cup gluten free plain kefir

1/2 cup frozen raspberries

2 tablespoons coconut oil, warmed

1/8 cup shredded carrot

Directions

Blend well and enjoy!
