Work Snacks

So if you are like me and the 3pm hunger snack attack comes along, I like to keep some greek yogurt and a banana and honey around or if it’s late night or I am starving, I like some cream cheese and smoked salmon on a sesame wasa crackerbread.

 

Other great options are almond butter and an apple, or tuna on whole wheat with tomato and spinach, or 1/2 of a sweet potato with cinnamon and a dash of vanilla soy!
