Detox Baths

Why have I waited so long in my life to start taking baths instead of showers? I am hooked. My aching muscles have needed a great soak and the perfect recipe for it so far has been Epsom salt, apple cider vinegar, and lavender. The feeling of relaxation that comes along with it is unmatchable. Try your own today!


1 cup epsom salt

1/2 cup lavender

2 cupfuls apple cider vinegar


Warm water and this amazing soak! Soak for as long as you want, but twenty minutes is usually enough.
