Blueberry Blackberry Quinoa Breakfast Bake

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups blueberries and blackberries

1 cup quinoa, cooked

2 cups vanilla soymilk or almond milk, go plain if you prefer

1/2 cup chopped almonds, toasted

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1 teaspoon cinnamon

2 tablespoons honey, or less if you prefer

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a baking dish with nonstick spray. In a baking dish, combine all ingredients except honey. Mix well and press down. Bake for 20 minutes until warmed through and serve drizzled with honey.
