Baked Cinnamon Sweet Potato Fries

Can this superfood be more amazing?


Serves 2

2 sweet potatoes, washed and cut into wedges

2 teaspoons olive oil

1 teaspoon cornstarch

Cinnamon, as desired

Pink Himalayan Salt


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rub sweet potato wedges with olive oil and cornstarch. Add water and let them soak for 10 minutes. Dry. Spray baking sheet with Pam and layer the wedges. Add cinnamon and top with stevia if desired.
