Brown Sugar Fig Overnight Oatmeal

I would’t have it for breakfast every single day but once in a while, this oatmeal is just awesome.

No cooking necessary.

 

Ingredients

1 mason jar

1/2 cup quick cook plain oats

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 tablespoon cinnamon

Honey, to taste

2 dried figs, chopped

1 cup almond milk or vanilla soy milkĀ 

Walnuts or almonds, optional

Directions

Mix all ingredients together except soymilk. Put into a mason jar or a glass container and pour soymilk last. Refrigerate overnight and you have oats in the morning!
