Vanilla Almond Oatmeal

This recipe is inspired by Special K Vanilla Almond since I am somewhat obsessed with it.



1/2 cup quick oats

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 tablespoons toasted almonds

1/2 banana

1 cup soymilk


Microwave oats, vanilla, almonds, and soymilk for 1 minute. Top with banana and add chia seeds for garnish if desired.
