PB Raspberry Smoothie

This smoothie has the great blast from the spinach and the antioxidants from the berries.

Had this one on the commute to work this morning. The color is something I have to work on but that is okay, I will add more red to it from the raspberries for the next one.

Ingredients

1 cup raspberries, frozen or fresh

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon natural peanut butter

6 oz soymilk

1 cup spinach

Directions

Blend until all ingredients are incorporated and prepare to love your life.
