Vitamin C Green Smoothie

This one is one of my favorite green smoothies, especially when I feel a cold coming on.

Ingredients

1 cup home style 100% orange juice

1 cup spinach leaves

1/2 cup apple slices

1/2 cup diced banana

1 teaspoon chia seeds

Directions

Blend until smooth and add ice if you want to have it chilled!
