Blueberry Superfood Smoothie

A great post work out pick me up and my new obsession for this week!

Ingredients

1 cup blueberries, slightly thawed

1 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt

1 cup spinach

1 small banana, sliced

1 teaspoon chia seeds

1/4 cup soy milk, vanilla, or as needed

1 tablespoon natural peanut butter

Directions

Blend well and enjoy!
