Parmesan Herb Quinoa

I love the earthiness and savoriness of this dish!

Ingredients

1/4 cup quinoa, cooked

1 cup vegetable broth

Parmesan

Parsley

Basil

Mushrooms

1 tablespoon minced garlic in water

Directions

Reheat cooked quinoa with the vegetable broth and add parsley and basil. Sear mushrooms with garlic in a separate pan. Add mushrooms to the quinoa and add parmesan. Serve!
