Blueberry Avocado Smoothie

Avocado may be an interesting thing to add to smoothies but I bet if you try it you will not be able to stop. This smoothie packs a punch because of the antioxidants in blueberries and the natural goodness in avocados.

Ingredients

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

Agave, to taste

1 cup blueberries

1/2 cup spinach

1/4 avocado

Filtered water or two ice cubes

Chia seeds

Directions

Blend and enjoy!
