Kale Pineapple Smoothie

A great start to your morning or an after workout snack!

Ingredients

2 cups kale

2 pineapple rings, canned

1/4 cup low sugar greek nonfat  yogurt, plain or berry

1/2 banana

1/4 cup water

Chia seeds

Agave (if you are using plain greek yogurt you might want a little more sweetness)

Directions

Blend everything together in a high powered blender.
