Pineapple Kale Smoothie

A great combination, I dare you to try it.

Ingredients

1/2 cup kale, chopped and rinsed

2 pineapple rings

1/4 cup vanilla soymilk, soy milk, unsweetened hemp milk, or unsweetened almond milk

1/4 cup plain greek yogurt

1 teaspoon honey, or more to taste

1/2 banana

Directions

Blend and enjoy, if too think or hard to blend, add filtered water. I usually sneak some chia seeds into the smoothie or an extra dose of awesome.
