Green Stomach Soother Smoothie

I love green smoothies and I love to start my mornings off with them. Sadly since I have not settled into a place yet, I have been staying with friends and I do not have my own fully stocked green smoothie selection for me, but soon enough I will move in fully to NYC and the apartment will be perfect. Here is a good one if you are having stomach problems or problems digesting and need an easy start in the morning! Happens to us all!


1 cup nut milk (hemp, soy, or almond)

1 big handful of spinach

2 teaspoons grated ginger

1/2 banana

1 teaspoon stevia

2 rings of pineapple


Blend well and enjoy! If the smoothie is too thick or hard to blend, add filtered water.
