Breafast Apple Cinnamon Quinoa

Since qunioa is so versitile and there is so much you can do with it, what I have made a habit of doing is making a couple servings for the week and keeping it in the fridge so I always have something healthy on hand to eat for a meal. Sweet quinoa recipe with the tastes of fall! Enjoy guys!

Ingredients

1/4 cup quinoa, cooked

1 cup nut milk (almond, soy, hemp) unsweetened

1 teaspoon stevia

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

1/8 chopped red apple

Directions

Simmer the cooked quinoa with a nut milk of your choice. Add the stevia, nutmeg, cinnamon and apple. Cook through andkeep stirring for five minutes until hot.
