Tuna Melt Quesadillas

This favorite gets updated in a quesadilla and loses the fat by adding nonfat plain Greek yogurt!

Ingredients

1 tortilla,I used a habanero one with a hint of lime, but feel free to use whichever one you like, wheat is great

1 packet Herb and Garlic Tuna Creations (if you don’t have this you can use 1/2 can of tuna in water, dried parsley and tarragon, minced garlic and salt and pepper)

2 tablespoons nonfat greek yogurt (Chobani is amazing)

1/8 cup nonfat sharp cheddar cheese

1 small handful spinach leaves

Directions

Mix tuna with the yogurt. Spread the tuna on one side of the tortilla and layer the spinach and cheese on top. Use a skillet or panini press to brown the sides of the tortilla. Cut into halves and serve with a side of edamame!
